I bet Parakeets are cuckoo because they are very active and very chirpy! So I would not like to have Parakeets. Tiger & Buddy are mellow and calm, but again they can be very chirpy & very active at times! You just have to learn, they're still birds! Me too!
Congrats! My daughter wants a parakeet really bad. I'm not totally sold on the idea yet. Of course I'm still taking care of her dogs she jsu couldn't live without. LOL!
